Nectarines

Nectarines are like the sweet taste of summer. They are also very high in fiber and packed with potassium.  Most people just think they are delicious, and they are also right. Nectarines also have lots of antioxidants that are hard to pronounce like polyphenols, carotenoids, beta-carotene, and cryptoxanthin.  This is shown to prevent hypokalemia and improve cardiac health.  We should all eat more nectarines.
